How can I contact FuzzySquad?

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship to most countries around the world.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong.
Can I change or cancel my order?
To ensure fast processing, please request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests after this window will not be accepted. If you need to return your order, you can do so after receiving it for a full refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including VISA and Mastercard, as well as PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing. Orders are shipped the next day after processing. Note that we do not ship on weekends. Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays or sale periods.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to demand and international shipping, orders typically arrive within 2–4 weeks, depending on your location.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.
Will I be charged customs or taxes?
All prices are listed in USD and do not include taxes or customs duties. You may be required to pay import taxes or duties upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer. FuzzySquad is not responsible for delays caused by customs. How do I return an item?

What if the item I received is defective, incorrect, or damaged?
Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Include your order number and photos of the item(s). We will do our best to resolve your case as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are credited to your original payment method. For credit or debit cards, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item or approve a cancellation. If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check with your card issuer as it may take additional time to post to your account.
